♦ Handle spare parts sales for walk-in customers;
♦ Data entry and documents filling;
♦ Handling customers’ enquiries / complaints;
♦ Provide administration support which include correspondence, spare parts quotation and issue delivery order for service department.
♦ Minimum SPM or Diploma;
♦ Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia;
♦ Good communication and interpersonal skills;
♦ Self-motivated, initiative, hardworking and able to work as a team;
♦ Prepare and update product catalogue;
♦ Updating product specification;
♦ Provide technical information on products and systems to sales personnel;
♦ Incoming product inspection.
♦ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,
♦ Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge in air conditioining.
♦ Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
♦ Posses good communication adn interpersonal skill.
♦ SPM / SPVM / Certificate / Diploma in Air-Conditioning;
♦ Preferable with working experience in air-conditioining;
♦ Possess a valid driving license and GDL.
♦ To prepare quotation, proposal and tender submission for dealers;
♦ Develop new customer and service existing customers;
♦ Responsible to ensure sales objective and targets are met;
♦ Pro-active in market feedback and able to react speedily to competitors activities;
♦ Provide excellent customer service while attending to sales enquiries;
♦ Solve customer problems and collect payment.
♦ Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge in air conditioning;
♦ Preferably 2-3 years working experience in sales of air-conditioning equipment;
♦ Posses good communication and interpersonal skills;
♦ Posses own transport and valid driving license.
