1989
Top Group established.
1990
Topaire Sdn Bhd established under Top Group, manufacturing residential split units locally.
1993
Berjaya Group Top Group
- Topaire Sales & Sevices Sdn Bhd was established as a subsidary of Berjaya Group.
- Functioned as the marketing and sales arm for split units and packaged units.
- Approved vendor for JKR.
1995
Top Group listed on the Malaysia stock exchange and aquired Dunham-Bush USA.
2000
Topaire introduced a new corporate logo.
2007
Agromash Holdings, a Russian company, acquired Top Group and the company went private.
2008
Topaire introduced a new logo and began promoting VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems.
2010
Topaire Sales & Services was acquired by minority shareholders and began rapid expansions.
2016
Topaire wall-mounted units certified by Suruhanjaya Tenaga and SIRIM. Began selling inverter type residential air conditioners.
2019
Topaire chiller product range achieved AHRI certification.
2025
Topaire chillers received MyHIJAU Certification for energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
